Shipping & Delivery
Every order will be shipped from ourwarehouse in Germany.
Once your order has left our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm dispatch. You can use the tracking number provided in the email to check the shipping progress of your order whenever you want.
If you have not yet received this email, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will chase it up for you. Please attach your order number to help us locate your order.

Every order will be shipped with DHL GoGreen from our warehouse in Germany. A typical delivery within the EU will reach the recipient within 2-4 business days. Please note that deliveries are not made on sundays and other holidays. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. We ship your order climate neutral with DHL GoGreen.
We are happy to pay more for shipping. It's worth it, because: by shipping with DHL GoGreen, we sustainably support climate protection projects to offset emissions. We thus compensate for the transport-related CO2 emissions of our parcel quantities.
Each parcel has a tracking number to make it easier for you to track it. If your parcel is marked as "delivered" but you still can't find it, we recommend to wait 24 hours to make sure the driver doesn't make another attempt and/or leave a message the next day. If your parcel still hasn't arrived after this waiting time, please ask your neighbours. Maybe one of the neighbours took it or knows something about the whereabouts of the package. If all these efforts come to nothing, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

You’ve ordered from us, but you’re not 100% satisfied with the product or you’ve received a damaged item? No problem.
We make returns easy In the effort to make returns an eco-friendlier process, we have discontinued the use of paper return receipts. The following link will take you to our returns portal, where you can process your free return online using your order number and email. The Returns Portal
Our return policy You can return unwanted items within 30 days. As soon as we receive your return, we will send you an email confirming that we have received it. After reviewing the return, we will issue a refund based on the payment method you selected. The processing and refund can take up to 7 days. See our cancellation policy for more information.
Items that cannot be returned Please make sure that all returned items are in their original condition and are sent back to us in their original packaging, including the label. Of course, it’s okay to try on an item as you would in a store, but please don’t wear items you are returning.
Free returns from abroad You can also register free returns from abroad in our returns portal.
Gentleshrimp pays for your returns.
You can send us back unworn items free of charge up to 30 days after receiving them. Please note that you cannot return items that have already been worn.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. For the processing we use the same payment method that you used for the purchase.
A sizing chart is available on each product page. In addition, you'll find information about the height of the models and their size at the bottom middle of the product images.
When your size is sold out, you can sign up to be notified. Simply select the size you want, click on the button "Notify Me When Available" and enter your email address. Thus, you will be directly informed when the item is back in stock.
Currently, the Gentleshrimp products are exclusively available in our online store. However, we are going to cooperate with selected retail partners worldwide very soon.

Gentleshrimp was founded in 2018 by Trixi. She likes sophisticated little shrimps, tennis balls, timeless design objects and the desert. Her designs are inspired by everyday situations. She meets the contradictions of our time with a humorous attitude, which is reflected in her unique unisex designs.
Nobody cares if a shrimp is male or female - it’s just a sophisticated little shrimp that smiles at the world with a fine glas of champagne.
